Following my initial planning consultation with Anna, I was sent a detailed price list so I knew, to the penny, how much the project would cost, and I was kept fully informed of what was to happen and when.

Tom gave me a set of clear 3D plans which represented exactly what I had asked for and turned out to be very a very realistic impression of the finished bathroom.

Paul and his team of workers installed the bathroom efficiently and skilfully. Paul’s keen eye for detail ensured all the work carried out was of a very high standard indeed. Everyone was respectful of my home and were very tidy workers.

I cannot fault the service provided. I cannot fault the finished job!
