We started with a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but the highly professional design process provided by Anna with photo quality graphics allowed us to truly envisage the finished product. With alternate designs discarded, and the final plan agreed work commenced. An unforeseen issue which arose at the start of the project was managed swiftly by Paul, engaging with specialist external agencies to provide a timely solution which avoided stalling the project and minimised our stress. Once completed the finished product is wonderful. Functional, beautiful and a joy to use, we are so pleased we chose Baytree Bathrooms.
