‘Having decided to have my bathroom converted to a wet room to meet my specific needs, I started to look around and found Baytree Bathrooms.  I was instantly impressed and could see that what was available from Baytree was far superior to anything else I had seen.  I met Paul, his wife Anna and Sophie the designer, who were able to guide me through everything and meet all my requirements.  Everything had been taken into account which made it all so simple.  A start date was set and no problems occurred.  Paul and his team arrived as scheduled each day according to which job was next.  They are all neat and tidy workers, their time keeping is excellent and I was kept fully informed of the next step which made me feel confident I could go about my day with no stress.  I am delighted with the end result and consider this has been an experience of professional team work.  Well done and thank you’.
